There are several hundred Cap d’Agde holiday rentals available every week within the naturist village, offering apartments, villas, and studios across this well-defined naturist quarter of the resort.

Apartments & Villas Inside the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village
All apartments listed below are located inside the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village and can be booked online:
Once inside the resort, you have easy access to dozens of shops, restaurants, and the main beach within the naturist resort.
Tip: On Booking.com, properties inside the naturist village are typically listed under Port Nature, Héliopolis, Port Ambonne, or Héliovillage.

Hotels Inside the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village
There are several well-established hotels located inside the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village centre, offering easy access to the beach, restaurants, and village centre, in this South of France coastal resort.
- Book >> OZ’Inn Hotel and Spa – one of the newest hotels inside the naturist quarters and a short walk to the beach.
- Book >> Natureva & Spa – another of the main hotels inside the resort. Spend 24 hours a day in your birthday suit.
- Book >> Riad Libertin Hotel – located in the Port Ambonne building, this hotel has a range of rooms and also has a bar, and hot tub, and includes breakfast.
Apartments & Villas Outside the Naturist Village
Accommodation outside the naturist resort is often cheaper but usually requires purchasing a daily resort entrance access pass to enter the naturist village.
I would recommend staying inside the naturist resort so that you avoid having to get a pass to enter the resort each day.
You can find cheaper accommodation outside the resort if you wish to, and here are some options:
- >> 6 Impasse des Consuls – a short walk to the naturisme quarters.
- >> Villa 2 z’efs – private swimming pool and the whole villa. Walkable to the village naturiste.
- >> Apartment Les Cigalines – nice apartment with two bedrooms, kitchenette, washing machine, and lots more.
What to Check When Booking
When booking an apartment in the Cap d’Agde Naturist Village, always check parking availability, air conditioning, linen charges, and Wi-Fi access.
The following should help you decide:
- Parking spaces are generally quite limited, so if you are driving to the resort, you really need to book an apartment where the owner includes a car parking space with the rental.
- Not all apartments have A/C (air conditioning), so do consider this if you feel that A/C is important to you (especially for July and August stays)
- >> Airport Transfers are available if you need one from any of the local airports, including Beziers Cap ‘dAge airport, Toulouse Airport, Montpellier Airport, and Carcassonne airport.
- Some rentals charge extra for bed linen and towels, so this is also worth checking.
- The majority of holiday apartments in the nudist resort include a free WiFi Internet connection. You might still want to check this, though, if Internet access is vital to you. You can also, though, check out our dedicated page on internet access in the resort.
Rental Locations Inside the Resort
Holiday rentals are available throughout the naturist village, including Port Nature, Héliopolis, Port Ambonne, and Héliovillage, all forming part of the clearly defined naturist quarter within Cap d’Agde.
Most rental areas are within walking distance of the village centre and provide straightforward access to the beach and on-site amenities.
It is possible to rent an apartment in all of the following parts of the naturist resort, including:
- Port Nature
- Heliopolis building
- Helio village
- Port Ambonne
- Port Venus building
- Le Jardin de La Palmeraie
- Port Soleil

Benefits of Renting a Cap d’Agde Naturist Quarter Apartment
If roughing it in the campsite is not your thing, then a rental apartment or villa in the main parts of the resort is a good option. And there are certain benefits to renting an apartment or villa in the main areas, so let’s take a look at these benefits.
- You will be closer to the main nightlife in the resort, i.e., to the bars, restaurants, and nightclubs, than if you stayed in the campsite.
- No need to put up a camp and set up your camp pitch.
- Some apartments come with wired Internet (make sure to ask about this if Internet access in the resort is important during your stay).
- Close to the supermarkets that are housed in Port Nature, Heliopolis Centre Commercial, and Port Ambonne.
Last Minute Bookings
Cap d’Agde accommodation is rarely discounted last minute, especially in July and August, so booking early is strongly recommended.
Everything tends to get booked out, and if your strategy is to book at the last minute, then you are quite likely to end up with nothing here.
I can understand why many of you ask for late deals, given that it is a common option when traveling to different destinations worldwide.
Cap d’Agde, though, just is not that kind of place, and if anything, you can expect to pay more for booking later in the season!
The simple advice is to book as early as possible if you want to be sure that you have somewhere to stay this summer in Cap d’Agde.
The exception is if you are looking to stay in the camping area and are happy with one of the pitches.
If you are driving, i.e., bringing a motor home or bringing your car and pitching a tent, you can usually find availability for a spot throughout the summer, even if booking the week before.
If you are reserving any other form of accommodation, the advice is to book as early as possible.
Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, demand for accommodation remains high throughout the main holiday season.
Which Type of Accommodation Is Best for You?
The best option is very subjective and very much a personal choice. Having stayed in just about every option in the resort, I can try and advise you on the differences.
- Villas and apartments – I have mentioned it above, but to reiterate anyway, the earlier you book, the better options and size of apartment you will be able to choose. Just head to the top of this page to see available apartment rentals.
- Hotels – I looked at the hotels in a recent post, so you might want to have a quick read of it. The hotels get booked out often by April and May, and it can get really difficult to find availability. There are a number of hotels to choose from, which are inside the naturist area, two of which are Natureva Spa and the Oz Inn Hotel. If you are flexible on dates, you may still find some choices by the time the season starts, but book as soon as you know when you wish to go.
- Camping – If you are happy to spend your time in a tent or have your own motorhome, then the campsite is a great option. They also have chalets in the campsite, so you can stay in the camping area and not have a tent, car, or motorhome.
